Invoicing Instructions

Submit all invoices within 7 days of completing the assignment

Please submit invoices to [email protected]

You may download our invoice template or you may use your own invoice as long as it includes the following information:

  • Interpreter name
  • Unique invoice number
  • Interpreter phone number and address
  • Patient name
  • Assignment date
  • Status (ie: Complete, Late Cancel, No Show)
  • Hourly rate
  • Duration
  • Roundtrip distance
  • Mileage
  • Total

How to download our invoice template?

  1. Follow the link to the invoice template under 'Interpreter Information'
  2. Click 'File'
  3. Next click 'Download as' then choose a file format to download. We recommend downloading the Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format in order to use the preprogrammed formulas.
